I am rejecting this response because: I was there when re/max called Rod's Ac sitting in the office and heard re/max end of the conversation and was told that Rod's Ac would take care of my lockSo I went back because no one called that's when re/max gave me their numberRod's Ac never told me about any emergency only that her tech was busy and they would be back the next day which was on MondayThe rest is in my other note

Unfortunately part of Ms***' complaint is incorrect, as she did not contact me on the 13thNor did ReMax
We were scheduled to come out on Sunday after but my technician received an emergency call that took precedence which I advised her of when she called as well as
profusely apologized for not contacting her
Monday myself and my technician were ill from food poisoning and when I spoke to the tenant on Tuesday I once again apologized and we were on site within a couple of hours
Ms***' lock has been repaired
