The Company Spice Supreme has discontinued the Meat Tenderizer Seasoning in the oz bottle and now only offers the oz bottleThe customer took the last oz bottle available in the store and it was in fact priced as the oz bottle new price of $This was explained to the customer after the check out processHowever, I believe there was some kind of misunderstanding between my front manager and the customerSince then, I have contacted the customer and asked her to come to the storeI offered a refund on the smaller size if she no longer wanted it; and she stated that now this was not the issue anymoreThe issue now is the way the front manager dealt with herI have spoken to a few witnesses and they stated that they did not witness any foul treatment by the front managerAlso, the consumer herself expressed the way I dealt with her was greatly appreciated and if this is how the front manager dealt with her she would not have made a complaint
