The management company, ***, Incas well as the Trustees of the Homeowners Association,(HOA), are very much aware of this person's situation and have been working in earnest with the HOA's insurance provider as well as roofing contractors to make all needed roofing
repairs as per the HOA's governing documentsAny damage to the interior of this person's villa is the responsibility of that Villa owner as per the governing documents of this particular HOA The person lodging this complaint in unwilling to recognize the governing documents which are very clear as to who is responsible in this situation This same person has been calling my office several times each day and leaving crude and threatening voice mails for me, my property managers and my receptionistThe Homeowners Association has turned this matter over to their legal council in an attempt to resolve any issues in a proper mannerPlease let me know if I can give you any other needed information regarding this complaint but rest assured we are working in earnest to get all issues resolved.Thanks,

63102 Re:  ID #[redacted], [redacted] Wysinger   The following is our response to her complaint regarding mold in her apartment.   We received a phone call from [redacted] at 9:45 on the morning of September 6, 2017 stating she had mold in her closet.  This was the first report Rodemyer Christel has received of this problem.  We discussed the problem and she said she had reported this to the Owner, [redacted], and that the Owner’s maintenance man had inspected the problem and said it wasn’t mold. The owner of this building, [redacted], handles all of their own maintenance and the residents request maintenance directly through them.  I explained that as the Management Company we typically only handle administrative functions for [redacted] and that I will need to get approval from the Owner to send one of our maintenance technicians out to her apartment to inspect and that we would contact [redacted] for authorization.   Within the next 30 minutes is when we received the complaint from the Revdex.com. By 11:00 we had received the authorization from the Owner to send our maintenance staff and contacted [redacted] by 11:15 to schedule an appointment. The first available time she could be home was on Monday September 11th.  We have the appointment scheduled for 9:30 on the 11th, and will dispatch our maintenance staff to investigate her complaint.    I feel we provided exceptional service in providing a quick response to her complaint to us by having an appointment schedule within two hours of receiving the first phone call on this issue.  Upon our inspection on the 11th, if there is mold present we will certainly eradicate the mold and find and repair the source of the leak.  Please contact us if you have further questions. Sincerely, [redacted]
