Engaged to eradicate rate and nice from my property. This has not been done.
In September of last year I engaged Rodent Control to repair my property to keep out rodents and did the property of current rodents. It was agreed they could not give a long term guarantee because of the structure of the house but that they would eradicate the current population. They never came back to check the traps they left and when I called them the man found seven dead rats. He set more traps. When he returned the next time there were more dead rats. I showed him where I felt they were coming in from under the kitchen sink and behind the stove, to which he said that it wasn't possible though there was ample proof i.e. Scat in both places. They have again set traps, but there are so many rats in my house they are keeping me up at night. And I am investigating other services to resolve this problem. I paid these folks *** by credit card and since they have not fulfilled their part of the agreement I feel they should refund
As noted above I feel that since they have not at all resolved the rodent infestation I'm requesting a *** refund. They did do some work in My house which is a small 720 square foot structure and are entitled to some compensation.

In The very first time we've been in that lady house we told her we can try to solve her problem but we cannot guarantee that and on our invoice we didn't write any warranty plan as we always do if we can provide that.
We explained many times to Mrs. *** that we CANNOT provide any warranty.
Even that we didn't provide any warranty, when *** called our office and complain about rats and mice again, I was keep sending my field operators to. Her house and always tried to help her as much as we can.
I was always answering her calls or returning them right away.
We came to her place to help her on:
1/28/2020 inspection
1/29/2020 perform the work (blocking access points)
During that time she didn't call us and complain on anything.
3/12/20 we came and did a check up in the property
6/12/2020 we came again after she asked us to come and provide another check up and blocking more holes as she asked.
6/24/2020 she called and asked me if we can come and close a hole inside the kitchen cabinet under the sink (and usual we just close all exterior access points).
of curse we came and fix that.
We always been there and help her always.
Any phone call she made to us was answer on right away.
