Review: I went to this business to have a new clutch I purchased put into my car and paid them $300.00 to do so. The next day, I had trouble with my transmission and my battery cable connection. I had them come look at my car and they went right to the battery as if they knew right what the problem was and left. Then on the way to and from work I could not keep my car in second gear. It kept slipping out of gear making my car unsafe. I confronted them at their shop and they would do nothing about that problem. My car had never done such a thing until they worked on my clutch. Now second isn't the only problem, fourth gear slips and reverse makes my whole car shake. I don't want a car accident or my family hurt from their mistakes they won't repair on my car. Please help before that happens or they hurt other customers and their cars. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like them to repair my transmission and make my car safe to drive as well as give me a refund. I would also like them to pay for a rental car until they complete the job so that I can still get to work and take care of my family. My fiancee has epilepsy and may need to go to the hospital at times.
