ORDER #3230-Promised delivery as May 13 on an order made May 9th. Noticed the date change on the UPS site as May 14th. Unacceptable! Site promised 72 hour delivery and I needed the vest on May 13th, not the 14th. Left and voice message and sent an email, but got no response.

MrHammett incorrectly entered the shipped address in his order He called at 5:pm and demanded to get the tracking number I told him the items order were being drop-shipped and I did not have a tracking number at that time and the company shipping was closed at that time I

Mr *** told me that I sent a glove that was the wrong size I always key into that to help correct future mistakes There was a glove that came in and I checked if it was the size ordered---yes same size as ordered Today I refunded his money back

This is a difficult situation.  I do not stock these vests and no room to put them in.  Customers may buy XL not knowing what they what--but exceptional hard to sell without severely discounting the price.Tell us why here... In the future if I put on product description---NO RETURNS...

[redacted]Yes you did explain to me the situation in a very rude and unprofessional matter and continuously called harassing me about situation. You even raised your voice with me over the phone with a very poor attitude. That's where the complaint comes in for that matter not because I ordered a pair of boots that appeared available online and then they weren't. I'm not sure that your understanding why I complained. Your customer service skills are awful and you should never talk to someone in the manner that you did with me. That's why I was unhappy.

[redacted]My complaint has nothing to do with boots or refund. This man has called me on several occasions and harassed me over the phone about this matter. Very rude and unprofessional. Even before I was notified about boots being discontinued he called me and was very nasty over the phone.

I ordered cowboy boots from them in March. They stated it would take about three weeks to ship out to me. It is now four months later and still no boots BUT they charged my card $270. I called two months ago the the man was mean and very rude to me and stated that they would ship out that Monday. Still two months later and no boots. Called today and they stated they would ship out soon.
