I purchased two cowboys hats from them online they contacted me once I had placed my order explaining they did not have those hats available anymore & would send me an email with a replacementI agreed to replacementHats were delivered but were too big for my sonsI then contacted merchant & requested an RA #First they said they would only do trade or store credit because I was one day past day return time frameI then advised Christmas & New Year came in between & they had been closed as wellI asked for manager to contact meHad to call & email asking when a manager would be contacting me because no one had contacted me yetThis was on 01/09/the manager later emailed me & said he was authorizing return & that there would be 15% restocking feeI returned hats with RA # provided and have tracking numbers they were received separately due to *** delayBut both were received as of 01/24/according to tracking numbersI emailed them

This business is a scamThey showed merchandise available online, and when I bought it my credit card was immediately chargedThen I received an email that they were out of the item I ordered and asked if I would like to select a similar itemThree separate times I have emailed them stating that I want to cancel the order and receive a refund, but they have not replied nor refunded my moneyI finally just disputed the charge with my credit card companySeeing various reviews and complaints now, this is a pattern: take money, then try to get the buyer to accept different merchandise

I ordered a White Stetson FEDhat on order #***They contacted me and said the hat I ordered was discontinued and suggested a RETRO by Stetson in natural colorThe only way to see if I liked the color was to order itThe hat arrived and I did not like the color so I contacted Hector to return the hat on ***I returned the hat which was delivered on March 29, at 10:41amI sent them an e-mail on April 8, to check status the status of the return
Was told that it takes 5-days, they have had it for days already and that they are charging me a 15% restocking chargeI told them this was not acceptableHave sent more e-mails which they have not answered

A hat was purchased from this companyWhen item was shipped to me it arrived with a completely different material than what I tried onI immediately asked for a RA to ship backThe hat was shipped back in the exact same packing material as they shipped to meThey wrote me claiming I did the damageSaid the box was not damaged and therefore I did the damageI have paid over $getting this hat shipped to me and shipped backThey will not credit me back a dime of moneyI'm out of over $for this hatThe customer service is awfulIts so disappointing to spend hard earned money and have nothing for it
