Rodeway Inn Hotel

Review: The bed that I got at this hotel had metal hinges hanging out of them, my friend tripped and injured his foot. I asked for a late check out which was approved by the front desk agent. But when I asked to take a 1230 pm shuttle he proceeded to say "no I tolerated the 12 pm checkout but you cannot take the 1230 pm shuttle" I explained to him my flight is at 755 pm so im in no rush and he still said no even though its one of the amenities provided by the hotel. This man was very rude and condescending.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from this establishment. And I would like the hotel personnel to receive further training you dont treat individuals as disposable garbage. I felt I paid for a service thats has not been receieved. All I got from this nights stay was a headache and an irate, rude front desk agent.
