It not clear what *** is trying to convey. Her response is written in very bad english, I'm confused even trying to read it.We know she stayed at the property, that is not being denied. Her attempt to correct the bed frame by herself, allowing jumping to occur, and her husband making the statement of "then stop jumping on the bed" is the reason why we denied her any compensation.Again attaching response, and supporting documents

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]my husband was making a joke about the jumping on the bed we hadn't even been in the room for 10 minutes before the bed broke, when we were there staying we were visiting family we were barely in the room but when I'm in bed asleep and the bed falls on the floor and my 1 year old falls off the bed and hits the wall is when I have a problem. Im from Oregon I have lived in Oregon my entire life so saying I don't speak good English is not even possible maybe u don't speak good English I came to you about the bed at 2 in the morning and all you had to say was what do u want me to do about it, when I hades led you when u came into the room and kicked the bed and said it is fine when it wasn't is not okay with me or anyone else that would stay in a room at any hotel

[redacted] was a part of Mr. [redacted] that the room is registered under. I do remember her...

coming to the office to report her mattress falling off the frame it sits on, I personally went to check on this complaint. Upon getting to the room to see what had occurred there was absolutely nothing wrong with the entire bed. Mr. [redacted] that was accompanying her said "there is nothing wrong with the mattress." As he was laying in the adjacent bed. [redacted] then said "it did fall just now, hut I picked it up and put it back together" Mr. [redacted] then very strictly said "then stop jumping on the bed". I assured [redacted] that the frame the bed was put on came from the factory as is and it should be safe. [redacted] then came to the office at 2 in the morning and states the bed just fell again and her child fell out of bed. As a parent myself, I asked about the well-being of the child, [redacted] stated the child was fine, the child looked fine as well. [redacted] states we refused to give her another room, this is not true, because she never asked and with the hotel being  100% sold out that night. I'm also attaching supporting documents. As the GM of the property it would not be proper for us to act at that moment, given the time of the occurrence, and disturbing other guests not only in that particular room, but neighboring rooms as well.Upon check out of [redacted] we did a thorough investigation and found that the bed frame was indeed damaged and not reset correctly (done by [redacted] herself). Our maintenance staff was able to recover/repair the frame. Due to the hold incurring damages [redacted] should be charged a fee, even with Mr. [redacted] as the registered tenant, witness, and advisor to "stop jumping on the bed". We have concluded no such compensation or refund will be issue due to this was caused by [redacted] herself by jumping on the bed as state by Mr. [redacted], and further resetting the bed by herself as admitted to me in person when I went to check upon the complaint. If something did occur and you bring it to the attention of management, please be patient enough for management to respond.
