I am rejecting this response because:Yes, the Dr tried twice to talk with me but the first time was right after finding out my baby was dead!!! The second time I hung up on the Dr because they wanted me to give them instructions on how to handle the remains! Seriously??? Instead I was told they would put my baby in a box and freeze himHow cold hearted is that? My cat was alive when I brought him to the Vet hours before and they want to discuss funeral arrangements?? I spoke to the Dr on Friday the 17th, and she assured me I wouldn't get a bill for ANY OF IT, grooming or cremationAs long as the complaint stay public with Revdex.com, I feel the matter will never feel resolved since I don't have my cat, but we don't need to have any further conversation's over thisIf I had the money I would of sued the Doctor and her staff for negligence and would have won, I'm sure! I also hope the Doctor does all the plans to admitted to that could have relieved any/all stress that my cat was under being their hours! And being dried for minutes when he was shaved and had no hair to dry?? I know what happened and so does the groomer and Doctor, but proving that looks about as promising as walking through my front door tonite and have my baby greet meThere is nothing more

As I stated to the guest when they called with their issue on 7-8-in the afternoon that we would get a pest control company to inspect the room as most hotels do not just take peoples words for the truth, not that this is the case hereBut as often happens in the hotel business that people make assumptions that are not always factAfter the inspection we would phone them back with what they foundThe company was not able to send someone out until the next after noon7/09/the pest control company did a complete inspection of the base boards, both box springs and both mattresses and did not find any bed bugs at that timeNot to say that there was not a problemjust that they could not find them at the timeWe did have the room treated to be safe as we do not want any future problemsWith that said as with most any guest that did not enjoy their stay we will be offering a full refund to the guestAt the time the guest payed cash for the room and a check will be issued to the guest for the amount they payed for their entire stayI will also try to contact the guest directly by phone to insure we have the correct mailing addressThank you,

We are showing in our system that this reservation was never canceled and we do show that this reservation was booked with booking.com if she has a cancellation letter or email from booking.com she can send that to us

Please be advised that the merchant's response, especially about being notified about a family member's illness/death is pure fiction, as is his allegation that he called to advise that the shoes were ready. In fact, on April 21, he had yet to receive the yarn he claimed he needed to even begin the repairs. Finally, the person at the front desk when we dropped off the shoes in February, was the very same person at the front desk on April 21. It is a shame. I prefer to frequent local merchantsI am far from being the only customer who will now take his business elsewhere. Yelp is full of customer complaints as to this merchant

Started off wrong the front desk/shuttle/manager guy claims to be owner of the hotel he was very rude doesn't understand the concept of customer service, then tells me he would send a free shuttle bus at the airport to pick me up in 40mins, I waited over an 1hr before calling which they never showed upWhen I called he said catch a taxilmao such an itWhen I called that guy that carried all positions at that hotel he told me the shuttle came already, which I sat outside the airport shuttle area the entire timeBefore this situation I had a friend pay online through Expedia to stay for only one night at a rate of $thinking this hotel was legitI tried to get my friend's refund back and they lied to Expedia saying I actually stayed at there hotelMy friend called his bank and reported them for fraudulentNever stay with these liars and thieves biggest crocks in the Fort Lauderdale hotel businessAnd look at all of their negative comments before staying.This is where I made a mistake dealing with them, I never looked at the reviewsGet a place through AirBna much better and great prices

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Rob Williamson's shoe repair has not honored the quoted price from 12/for the work completedAs a paying customer who paid for other products dropped off on 12/and attempted to pay for the leather suit on the same day, I was turned down for payment on the suitThe second suit I dropped off on 12/was for him to test his removal method on, he proceeded to remove the brand logo from the chest of the suit making the suit un-wearable ever again as the contract the suits rider has with the brand providing the suit states their logo has to be visible on the riderWhoever worked on this suit did not contact me before starting the work as they stated they would do when I dropped off the suit, instead work was performed resulting in a ruined suit and a bait and switch quoteNever would I ever had dropped off multiple suits costing $a piece to take a painted logo off the chestI have been taken advantage of because I am a female who the shoe repair establishment thinks they can push around and get more money out of. The owners comment about the type of car I drive stating that it signifies I should be able to pay his new unquoted amount confirms to me that he is trying to change the cost because he wants more from meThe repair shop owner should also have tapes that show a visual and audible video from 12/of our conversation regarding the leather suits quote and his reassurance's that he would call me before starting any work on the suit, which he failed to do

Hi!I have personally contacted the owner twice .  Last time ws Friday the 17.  I explained what seems to be that pet got stressed out and might have been on cardiac arrest.  We did all we could but we could not save te pet.   We never done an exam on this pet before, so we...
