The first room I was in the ac didnt work and the toilet would not flush for 2 days.
Third day I was moved to a different room and thats when the problems started everday the owner has threatened to kick me out with no redund because my kids are crying to loud or making to much noise. On sunday the 26 of July after I informed the owner about issues with the new room for the second time he called back and said he was going to kick me out for making to much noise at 7am. I informed him that all of mh kids was sleep at that time and that he needs to send someone up to fix shower, chair for the deck, and vacuum the floor.

We have moved him to a new room and got him a chair that was missing from room. He did stayed in the room for entire stay and also yes we did got a complaint about his kids from other guest. We are not going to refund him he used my room for 5 day's and we did moved him and got his chair in the room.
The housekeepers are *** and ***. The hotel manager is ***, *** and the most *** manger I've ever seen. Waited in the lobby listening to him and his wife screaming at each in the office when he did come out he rudely asked "what do you want'" Asked for a refund on the remaining 5 days I had booked he screaming "NO NO REFUND!" Turned around and went back to the office. Also my sister in law could not reach my cell phone called the hotel asked if he could connect her with my room he agreed to and then continued to say there was no answer, which is true because there isn't even a phone in the room. Two messages were left with him for me which I still Have yet to receive. He verbally abused his or whom ever it was that was in the office. Also no where in the papers I signed said no refunds yet he refused rudely without explanation.

Refund a complete refund of my stay serious reporcutions for lying and fined for no phones which I'm sure is a safety issue
Since We Rented her a room on weekly bases, we told her that there is not going be a refund issued if she leaves early. There was no argument between the manager and customer. If she had a problem why she is still staying in the room. She should have checked out. She is lying. We asked all the housekeeper they were not rude at all. Basically she need a free room. She does not wanted to pay for the room.
