We received a letter about our business from customer *** ***This letter was quite a surpriseTodd R*** went to Mr***'s house on August 28th to repair his pool heaterThe heater was In bad condition, full of soot and the keypad did not work to adjust the temperatureTodd cleaned
the heater completely and replaced the keypadThe heater was working well when he leftMr*** called back on Septto discuss the heater and stated that it was running then turning off after minutes when Todd returned his phone callTodd told him that it could possibly be a problem with the burners and that he would have to check on pricing and call him backOur business had several other jobs scheduled for September and most people close their pools after Labor DayTodd did not call Mr*** back and we did not receive another call from him at all.The last contact was on Septand Todd did get busy and forget to call him but Mr*** made no effort to contact us eitherAfter receiving the letter from Revdex.com, Todd called Mr*** on Tuesday, Sept, and spoke with him about the letter and the pool heaterMr*** would not respond to Todd's question why Mr*** did not try to call us before he called Revdex.comHe would only say "I was waiting on a call from you and did not get one"We try to take care of our customers in a timely manner, which the original service was doneThings get busy and sometimes that does not happen, Communication must happen both ways and we feel that Mr*** wasted your time and ours by not calling us to handle this matter directlyTodd will be going to again look at his pool heater this Friday, Oct2, We hope this concern is not kept open on our Revdex.com record as it should have never gone this farAny questions, please call ***
