private high schools, government agencies, non-profit organizations, corporations and the general public providing driver education services and evaluations. In our over forty six years of operation we have thousands of satisfied students. Regarding the alleged incident (Reference ID #[redacted]), the customer contacted our school on February 18, 2015 requesting an appointment for her daughter the next day on February 19, 2015. She was informed at that time that there was no availability on that date. She then scheduled lessons for February 20,2015 and February 26, 2015. We do not arbitrarily schedule appointments and since we do not have intimate knowledge of students’ schedules we must rely on the customer to schedule suitable times.Thus no teacher showed on February 19, 2015 because he was teaching other students who were scheduled before the customer contacted us. If this was not adequately conveyed then we sincerely apologize. After the alleged no show, no call incident the customer called our office and proceeded to castigate our customer service representative and hung up. We called the customer back several times but she would not answer the phone. We finally left a voicemail requesting that she contact us to confirm that her daughter would be available for the scheduled February 20, 2015 and February 26, 2015 appointments and if not we would be happy to reschedule her to more convenient times.We never heard back from the customer. Since we go to the added expense of providing home pick up service we had no choice but to cancel the two schedule appointments since we did not receive any confirmation that the daughter would be available. This is consistent with our school policy since there are times students do not cancel their appointments and the teacher arrives and there is no student.Being a private school we reserve the right to determine whom we provide our services to so that we can provide an optimal teaching and learning experience. Considering the circumstances, we feel it is in the best interest of both parties for the customer to enroll her daughter with another school. Since no payment was tendered there is no refund due. Review: I scheduled for my daughter to have an instructor to come to my hose on 2/19/15 @5:00pm for an hour-half. then also the following week at 3:00pm. a hour had passed , by 6:30pm I had no driver or phone call from the personnel. so I called them, first the personnel said that it was scheduled for 3pm, I said that's not what you told me besides, I never received a phone call and no one ever came, so this is a no call no show, then she proceeded to say oh your appt. is for friday 2/20/15 I said that's impossible my daughter works on riday, the personnel begin arguing with me saying don't you tell me i'm the one who scheduled the app. I said , wait a minute, why are you agruing with me, I don't like your tone, you made a mistake that's ok all I ask is that if noone is going to show that I receive a phone call, and she begin yelling, at this point she was un talkable so I hung upDesired Settlement: one free training course for 1 hour 1/2
