In regards to the complaint, that has been filed by MrAshraf M*** accusing us *** is not true and contradicting his previous statement " I have dealt with this business before with regards any translation requested by any government office, and their translation was always accepted" So, the client was aware we only provide " Affidavit of Translation " , so he assumed that the translation we provided that day, can be used for any Government agency The client never mentioned that he was going to use it, to obtain a Canadian passport and we don't ask or inquire about the usage of translated documents from our clientsThe client's responsibility is to check with asking party if they need Certified or Affidavit of Translation
*** Our service was completed based on the request of the client without interfering of the usage of the documentThe client is not entitle to any refund , but we would like to offer 20% discount on document translation services needed , this offer is valid for year from date of this letter
