I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and on the surface, the answer is satisfactory. It took some time to get any response from the former employee. My husband talked to someone, probably the owner, and was basically told nothing could be done, but that he could buy the service of a cleaner and sealer. I guess I was just horrified about the very long cracks that appeared within months of the job being done. Unfortunately, I couldn't recommend the company to a friend who wanted her driveway done in Canal Winchester
After I filed the complaint, MrR*** called probably in days and said exactly the same thing as his response

We are always interested in customer feedback.  We contacted this customer immediately when we saw this report.  This customer incorrectly stated that we did not respond to her concerns.  We spoke with her husband who did not relay to her the conversation.  He stated he was not...

concerned with anything.  The customer also incorrectly stated that we warrant against cracking.  We never warrant against cracking or flaking, as these are completely out of our control due to Ohio weather and the earth's natural tendency to freeze and thaw.  Also, we have no way of knowing how a customer has maintained or protected their investment (i.e. heavy equipment; sealing).  The employee they referenced was in touch with the customer to provide power-washing and sealing (a service our company does not provide) on his own time and at his own expense.  We are sorry to hear about this frustration with [redacted].  We can completely understand her frustration, but we were unaware of this trouble.  [redacted] is no longer an employee of ours.  We stand behind our work, and take responsibility when we see anything that could have been due to our workmanship.  This was not the case in this instance and have done what we can to communicate this information with this customer.
