Rodgers Trash Service

I had Rodgers Trash Service for yearsI always pay my bill months at a timeI sent Rodgers a check at the end of June for service from July through December Shortly after I sent it out, I received a letter from Rodgers that they had sold out to ***I immediately sent a letter to Rodgers stating that we would not be switching to *** but would stay with them through the month of July and our new service with Shipley Container would begin on August 1, I asked for a refund for $100, which would be for the months of August through December I never heard from RodgersIn August, I sent another letter asking for a refund of the unused portion of $I still have not heard from them
Then, last weekend, we received a bill for $from *** for service we had NEVER requested and NEVER receivedI wrote to *** telling them they owe us $for the unused portionThey called and said that they didn't buy the accounts, so they don't owe us and suggested I call Rodgers
Well if *** didn't buy the accounts, then why did I get a bill from them and why did they just send out someone to pick up the trash receptacle?
Someone, Rodgers or ***, owes me $I can and will post this to every social media page I can to let others know what thieves these companies are
If I wasn't required to leave a star rating, they would get none

Rodgers Trash Service does a pretty good job of picking up trash when scheduled but trying to cancel their services is a nightmare They will not answer their telephone or reply to voice mails They also apparently cannot read as we have sent them several letters both by mail and by leaving them in their payment box They continue to send us payment notices while they actually owe us a refund We have been trying to cancel their services for two months
