*** *** the Finance director spoke with *** on 2/13/and informed her that we were sorry for any confusion, and that the warranty was canceled and her account should be credited by March

[redacted], Business manager at Rodman ford, explained to Ms. [redacted] she could cancel and that dollar amount  that she paid would go to the bank that she had the auto loan with.  It would be applied for early termination of the loan and that her payment would be the same as if she...

had not cancelled.  [redacted]'s recommendation was not to cancel the warranty due to age of vehicle and higher miles. No time frame was ever given by [redacted] to wait before she could cancel. 
Cancelation of warranty would not change payment, but would lead to the vehicle being paid off sooner. [redacted] has reached out to customer with no return call. [redacted] will again try to contact customer to resolve warranty issue. If the customer would like to cancel the warranty we will require her to furnish us with a letter stating so.

Tell us why here...this particular customer has already went legal. his concerns rest with [redacted] Motor Company. its strictly something he's trying to get covered under warranty that ford is declining to repair. I have no problem repairing his concerns but someone has to pay us for it. either...

I am rejecting the response because I already emailed a scan of a signed  letter saying I wanted to cancel the warranty to [redacted] at Rodman Ford on January 30th, 2016. In addition to this, I told Mr. [redacted] that I wanted to cancel the warranty January 9th, less than 24 hours after I 'purchased' it. I came to the dealer the week after, January 14th 2016, and signed a paper that Mr. [redacted] told me was cancelling the warranty. However, he told me I would have to contact the bank to cancel the warranty, but was told by him to wait until I heard from the bank. When I did hear from the bank, I contacted them to cancel the warranty and they told me that the dealer was responsible for cancelling the warranty. I then contacted Rodman again, emailed a signed letter on January 30th to [redacted] saying I did not want the $1975 warranty. I called the bank on February 8th and they said they had still not heard from Rodman. I simply would like the warranty removed from my loan ASAP, and whatever Rodman has to do to let the bank know this, I would like them to do it ASAP. I have already done everything I have been told to do. Regards,
