Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I am rejecting the response because I already emailed a scan of a signed letter saying I wanted to cancel the warranty to [redacted] at Rodman Ford on January 30th, In addition to this, I told Mr [redacted] that I wanted to cancel the warranty January 9th, less than hours after I 'purchased' itI came to the dealer the week after, January 14th 2016, and signed a paper that Mr [redacted] told me was cancelling the warrantyHowever, he told me I would have to contact the bank to cancel the warranty, but was told by him to wait until I heard from the bankWhen I did hear from the bank, I contacted them to cancel the warranty and they told me that the dealer was responsible for cancelling the warrantyI then contacted Rodman again, emailed a signed letter on January 30th to [redacted] saying I did not want the $warrantyI called the bank on February 8th and they said they had still not heard from RodmanI simply would like the warranty removed from my loan ASAP, and whatever Rodman has to do to let the bank know this, I would like them to do it ASAPI have already done everything I have been told to doRegards, [redacted] ***
