Review: An order was placed to have four 35x48 signs made by this merchant for the Little League on 02/**/2015 with an agreed amount of $160.00. On 02/**/15 a credit card authorization form was faxed to merchant for a withdrawl of the agreed amout of $160.00. When I went to pick up the merchandise it did not look like the correct specfications. I constantly was asking for the [redacted] with whom the order was placed to please come to the counter and measure the signs. I refused to take the signs until I was sure that it met the specifications ordered. On 02/**/2015 my bank statement was charged for $495.81. when the merchant was called he claimed that the charge is $160.00 for each sign. He was asked to please provide the quote that showed that I agreed to a price of $495.81 or an authorziation with my signature requesting the amount of $495.81 withdrawn from my account. He has nothing to prove this.Desired Settlement: I would like the complete amount of $495.81 refunded and the correct sign be made to my specification so that I can remit the amount of $160.00 to merchant by cash or money order since I had to close my account due to fraudlent charges made by him. I no longer can use the credit card for the business until this issue is resolved.
