On November 5th, wrote a check for half of the purchase of a window and installation. installation was put off monthly since Nov.
Each month we have received a new excuse why the window had not arrived.
01/02 had a phone conversation where he stated that he had been in an altercation with sheriff department and had several broken ribs so had fallen behind in installations
01/10 he was asking about verifying window size, if window had been ordered that would not be an issue at this point.
01/29 sent a Microsoft invoice saying ETA 02/12 and said I would be first install. 02/19 he said that he was waiting on his Nephew to go pick windows up in Tampa,
Today the 21st I messaged him and told him We were going to courthouse to file a complaint and he said he would be here Tuesday or Thursday of next week which will mean he has floated our money around for 4 months at that point!
I would like the installation done with quality expected, or money retuned. I don't wish to continue waiting and being given the run around
We previously offered a refund due to the delay then notified owners agent The Tempered Glass insulated window unit For this job arrived to Tampa on 2/12/2020 Owners agent was notified and did agree for a scheduled installation to be As soon as it arrives to job site possibly 2/26 or 3/5 delivery dates. I will up date as as more information is available.

We were told window would arrive on 02/12 and we would be first installation, then we contacted them again Friday 21st after not hearing from themand was told he was waiting on nephew to puck up in Tampa and wi dow would be installed Tuesday today 25th or thursday 27th, now being pushed out again! How could it possibly take from 11/05 to 03/05 to have Window put in we already paid half down on! If window can not be installed by the 27th as last told then I would like my money returned, becauae I now believe that when the 5 th comes it will be delayed again
