My wife and I were very pleased with the paint job we received. The painters were on time each day and finished a day sooner than originally estimated. We were able to communicate our concerns with the lead persons and found him to be very accommodating. We were especially pleased that they cleaned some our windows which were stained earlier by the power washing.

Hello, Thank you for your complaintNow, as previously stated by me, the manager, this estimate was made for the exterior and interior projectThe interior part of the project was as an extra mini project as along with the exteriorFor us as a company we have a minimum price of $1,in order to complete this interior paint jobWe were told to come out and give an exterior estimate with a little bit of extra interior workTHAT is the only reason we came out thereThe reason why the interior estimate price was so low is because it was to be included with the exterior paint project at the same timeNot separateIn order for us to validate the price for the interior estimate, the exterior paint job would have to be done with the interior project within the same time frameNow as far as what was "said" between the estimator and the customers can not be validated for they have no proof of thatAny verbal agreements are not validWe work by written contractNone of which have been officiated with this projectThis seems to be a bait and switch, so we will not accept thisI am not accusing them of doing this, for I am simply stating this seems a bit too familiar to oneFurthermore, just as we have the right to make business with people we also have the right to refuse itOn these grounds we would like to refuse this businessWe have tried to speak calmly with the [redacted] about this and offer a great deal to do both projects for a time they would feel comfortable withWe can not do just the side interior job they requestedIn my defense, I did not take any type of rude tone with Mr [redacted] at any pointHe began to threaten to me repeatedly and I stated that I am now uncomfortable with his threats and that was the end of the phone callI would like an apology from him for threatening me repeatedly after I tried to nicely help and explain to him our situation

We had a crew working out there this past Monday, May The crew sent from the office did the proper touch ups necessary to the house and Mrs*** agreed with everything being completed. Therefore the company was responsible for the touchups and we did what we

I am rejecting this response because:
