I have made contact with [redacted].  I've sent him guidelines for hardwood floor finish from the National Hardwood Association as well.  The guidelines reference many of his concerns.  I've also spoke to him and told him hair under the finish is not acceptable to us as well.  [redacted]...

[redacted] and a Rodrock Homes Rep meet [redacted] on site the same day this complaint was filed.  Each time [redacted] has had a complaint about the floor [redacted] has shown to address.  Yesterday I emailed [redacted] and let him know [redacted] would sand down the hardwoods and recoat the way a floor would typically be done.  I told him he would be responsible for moving the furniture from the hardwood area and would not be able to stay in the house for 3 days while the [redacted] are being done.  I told him no animals would could stay in the house either for health reasons.  Mr. [redacted] will be responsible for animal boarding and lodging fees.  [redacted] will refinish the [redacted] to the guideline's sent to him and model home quality.   Any questions let me know and have a great day.

Replying in a more simple form to Mr. [redacted] rejection.  Mr. [redacted] has not replied back to my email from yesterday am.  We are trying to move forward to address Mr. [redacted] complaints per the written warranty we have and he has signed for.1) The cracks in question in Mr. [redacted] garage do not meet warranty criteria.  The warranty was signed by Mr. [redacted]. We have agreed to fill the cracks in his floor.  The filling of the concrete cracks will be completed by a licensed concrete contractor.2) Mr. [redacted] verbally suggested to fill the cracks in the floor and an overlay could to be done for appearance purposes.  No engineered report was given as hte cracks dont meet the written warranty criteria signed by Mr. [redacted].3) We ask that Mr. [redacted] work thru BBSG the warranty company that facilitates customer concerns.  Please file a claim thru the BBSG website at the preset periods discussed at the walkthru.  This will help make sure all concerns are tracked and addressed.4) We are deeply concerned the statements that were made by Mr [redacted] regarding "Condoning deliberate safety violations".  After Multiple request to Mr. [redacted] for more detail nothing has been provided.  We request more detail as he has made a very strong statement about the character of our company and those who work here. Desired Settlement- Please see items 1-4 above.  We want to get Mr. [redacted] addressed per the written warranty he agreed too.
