I am rejecting this response because: This company has a recent reputation for doing poor quality work noted on several review websitesThey claim zero responsibility for transmission damageEven if the transmission was installed incorrectly prior to arriving at their shop and bolts not tightened the damaged occurred FROM running the engine, damaging the transmission, and damaged to the flex plate and torque converter (metal pieces inside)Heavy deep grooves and bent steel and metal shavings cannot happen from simply bolting a transmission to a engine Rods r Us stating hearing a noise upon startup, they started the engine for the first time, it had never been ran, these tolerances weren't checked before starting causing the damageRods R us has failed to accept their error due to poor business practices and bad ethicsIf they are unable to pay for their lack of experience and attention to the project and admit error I hope the Revdex.com can further help to avoid legal action and simplify the damage they caused
