I am rejecting this response because:
I received a rebate check for an additional $600. I also received in the mail on green home certification from Gundlachs dated February. I am not sure why it was dated for February and just mailed out last week. I have also been in contact with [redacted] who had similar problems with his rebate. The project associate with builditgreen.org has sent me an email and wants to know if I would like to send them a summary of my complaint she would be able to make a case to attached to Gundlach's account. They regularly communicate escalated complaints to PG&E for review. Concerns, like my situation can impact a company's participation in the Program especially if a trend of poor performance or issues arise. I have asked [redacted] to prepare a letter to submit a complaint as well. My offer still stand at settling for $1000 minus the $600 I received leaving a total of $400 to satisfy all parties in this matter.
