Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Attached, you will find the invoice that Rogali New and Used Clothing provided when I made the orderThe invoice that Mr [redacted] provided in his response is incorrectAlso, I attached the email that states that the order was going to be ready between to days, which Rogali New and Used Clothing failed to meet the time frame and I got my order after business days on October 25, when my order was placed on September 13, I understand that the orders are final, but that doesn't mean that Rogali New and Used Clothing is going to send whatever clothing they have just to make a sale, which is unfair and unacceptableAlso, one of the orders I made was supposed to be only Gentleman clothing, yet Rogali New and Used Clothing failed to meet that classification and they sent ladies clothingI suggest that if Rogali New and Used Clothing doesn't have what the customer ordered, they should let the customer know and offer a refund instead of sending whatever they want and cover themselves with the "NO REFUND" Policy

I have canceled my order multiple times because they were not able to deliver on a timely manner as promised and specified on their website which is weeks. it took days from receipt of payment for them to ship.2. I doubt if the items ship were that I paid for. They probably just sent what they had (cheaper less quality)I paid for AAA premium items.3. The shipping address they use is my home address when I did not tell them to do soMultiple times, I confirmed that I will pick up them up from the shipping terminal.4. Rogali knew that I ordered them to ship to my parents seasonal "premium used clothing business" which they started paying since October thinking they will receive the items by then. The store is a temporary holiday kiosk good only until end of December. Wayyy too late. It will take months by cargo to ship them. I have no more use for this items and it would cost me to put them in storage. Please see attached history of my communication with them. I can forward the emails if needed.

The invoice that Mr. [redacted] provided in his response is incorrect. Also, I attached the email that states that the order was going to be ready between 6 to 14 days, which Rogali New and Used Clothing failed to meet the time frame and I got my order after 29 business days on October 25, 2016 when my order was placed on September 13, 2016. I understand that the orders are final, but that doesn't mean that Rogali New and Used Clothing is going to send whatever clothing they have just to make a sale, which is unfair and unacceptable. Also, one of the orders I made was supposed to be only Gentleman clothing, yet Rogali New and Used Clothing failed to meet that classification and they sent ladies clothing. I suggest that if Rogali New and Used Clothing doesn't have what the customer ordered, they should let the customer know and offer a refund instead of sending whatever they want and cover themselves with the "NO REFUND" Policy.

concern: Before the customer who complained with the number [redacted] in Revdex.com, are just false accusations. She has a police report from us of third degree felony and we are working together with the police department to continue with this incident that is affecting our image and reputation. The business better bureau will be free to believe what this person is saying but we hope Revdex.com will have a good judgment to think  it could affect a company like ours in false claims.
