Unfortunately the entire U.S.A. and Canada system prices have changed slightly in the 11 years since we began the business of offering affordable massage services to our communities. I would request that our Member please understand that prices on everything in the world have gone up...
since 2009. If a member had a valid credit card on file, the price of their membership fee and services did not rise for many, many years. However, in order to keep their original pricing, their contract stated they needed to choose auto-renewal after the initial term of their membership ran out. At that time all Members were on a month-to-month membership and could opt out at any time with written notification. Eventually our grandfathered members who did have auto-renew on file and a valid form of payment such as a credit card, were informed that even their membership fees would have to go up by $10.00 per month which helps to underwrite and increased fees.We would need time to research whether our members is paid up through October and if so, would definitely honor the price if the member has a valid credit card on file and an auto-renew choice selected on her membership. However, after that time, the member would be joining at the membership price that all our members pay which is now $49.00 and could be raised in the near future to $59.00.We hope our member will allow us to continue to serve her. Please call the Massage Heights Retreat at Lakeline in Austin, Texas and ask to speak to the Retreat Director about the follow up research to confirm appointment are paid through October of 2015.
