Roger B. Sturgis & Associates, Inc.

Sturgis and Associates is attempting to collect payment of $1497.50 for services that were not completed at my home. I made many attempts to contact Roger Sturgis personally (both direct and by mail and email) in May, June, July and August of 2010 without resolution. The work not performed per our agreement was the construction of a 2' rock wall in the back of my house, weeding the flowerbeds in the front of my house. This work was never performed and Mr. Sturgis made no attempt to finish the work. He then ignored all requests for well over one year and I never received a final bill.

Then in January 2012 I received a letter from a 3rd party collection agency that Sturgis hired to come after me for the debt of $1497.50. I provided this collection agency with all the documentation necessary to make my case that the work was never performed and Sturgis is attempting to collect monies that I don't owe him as the work was never completed.

I also made it very clear that I will happy to pay the amount of $1497.50 if Sturgis would like to come back to my house and complete the job and services associated with this total of, $1497.50. I have already paid for the services that were rendered (in excess of $2000) so have clearly shown that I am willing and able to pay for services rendered.
