Unbelieveable
Went to the dealership to drive a vehicle I found on the internet. When I saw the interior I gasped. It was filthy, seats were disgusting. Shredded and holes. There was a substantial dent on the back corner. This vehicle was no where ready for show. The salesman tried to tell me with the low price someone will buy the vehicle as is. Unbelieveable. Had no problem heading to the bank with my $2,000 check. The vehicle is still in repair. It has been a month. They gave me a loaner. He sold it and came to the property and entered without permission, Guess they completely ignored the beware of dog signs This was new years eve and they have me chasing cars around. If the dogs were out we would have a terrible medical problem Mastiff's strong and do not take kindly to strangers in their space. Unbelievable! Here is the best part. They left me without a vehicle. I am a senior and dont drive much until If I had an emergency I would have been screwed. They have done NOTHING to compensate me for the horrific inconvenience. Consider yourself warned!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The only reason why the issue states that it was resolved is because I had to pay the money in order to get the tags for my car that I have had for almost months now, I asked the finance manager to meet me half way and wouldnt budgeThe only reason why I paid is because I am a government worker and cannot drive my car on the installation with expired temporary tagsAfter speaking with the Finance Manager and him stating that they never had a copy of my credit card, but I have a voicemail from the sales person stating that they tried to run my credit card and the fact that upper management has not contacted me still is an issue for meSo if there is no copy of my credit card, then where is the agreement that I was to put down a down payment? I am really disgusted by the business practices, the fact that the people who I have tried to contact me have yet to call me and apologize for the headache I have received from working with this company I was sent an email back in March in regards to my purchase asking about my satisfaction and I said I was not satisfied and still have yet to receive a call or message Ultimately, I will never do business again with this company! Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Of course everything is resolved because you got your moneyAgain where is the customer satisfaction of a phone call to acknowledge all of the headache and problems you have caused meMaybe its because I bought a used car that you feel it is ok to treat your customers this wayYou didnt receive any of the harrasing phone calls from Bay Country or the threats of repossesionYou guys were more than willing to let me drive off the lot without being totally financed, and avoided my attempts to contact you and get this issue resolvedWhen it came down to the books months later and you guys realized what you did, put the blame on meNow that you have your money and I have my car everything should be good to go, but thats not how you treat a customer and I will never do business with you again or refer anyone to your company and especially any military personnel

I am rejecting this response because:I was not in an accident and maintained care on the car so there is no way there wasn't any coolant!

*** *** purchased a Kia Sportage with 99,miles from Mazda South on March 31, 2013. She last brought her vehicle in for service at Mazda South on September 24, when vehicle had 108,245. At that time no problem was found with vehicle.*** *** vehicle is currently at
the Kia dealership down the street from Mazda South. We called to inquire about the status of the vehicle and they advised us that engine was blown because a front end collision had damaged the radiator and the vehicle was driven without coolant.*** *** purchased an extended warranty with her vehicle. The extended warranty company also sent claims adjuster to examine her vehicle at the Kia dealership and they confirmed that engine failure was result of vehicle being driven without coolant. They agreed that the loss of engine coolant appeared to be direct result of recent front end collision.Unfortunately these events are something that is outside of our control. We also would love to help *** *** acquire another vehicle but her credit history made it virtually impossible

The vehicle was not brought to our facility for repairs.  I can only base my response on what I was told by employees of the service department where her car was brought for repairs and by the warranty company who declined coverage on the repairs

I am rejecting this response because: The only reason why the issue states that it was resolved is because I had to pay the money in order to get the tags for my car that I have had for almost 3 months now, I asked the finance manager to...

meet me half way and wouldnt budge. The only reason why I paid is because I am a government worker and cannot drive my car on the installation with expired temporary tags. After speaking with the Finance Manager and him stating that they never had a copy of my credit card, but I have a voicemail from the sales person stating that they tried to run my credit card and the fact that upper management has not contacted me still is an issue for me. So if there is no copy of my credit card, then where is the agreement that I was to put down a down payment? I am really disgusted by the business practices, the fact that the people who I have tried to contact me have yet to call me and apologize for the headache I have received from working with this company.  I was sent an email back in March in regards to my purchase asking about my satisfaction and I said I was not satisfied and still have yet to receive a call or message.  Ultimately, I will never do business again with this company!

[redacted]

this has been resolved with customer

[redacted] has fulfilled the terms of the agreement that she signed when she purchased vehicle from us.  That included her providing down payment of $1,265.  [redacted] had lien payoffs on her trade equal to $9,056.79 included in the purchase of her new car.  These lien payoffs were due to 2 separate lenders.  Capital One Auto Finance and Bay County Financial.  Since Bay County Financial directly subtracted an add'l $190 payment from [redacted] account before we were able to payoff her lien, we subtracted that entire amount from the $1,265 down payment that she owed.  So instead of providing us with $1,265 of down payment required by the contract, we collected $1,075.Since we have collected everything due us per contract and have provided her everything owed per contract - we consider the matter resolved.?
