I represent Roof Depot and all further communications with regard to this
case should be directed to me. The above referenced claim was filed with your
office as a result of a mechanic

s lien notice that was delivered by my client to
[redacted]. Roof Depot was a material supplier to [redacted]
[redacted] a contractor that was retained by Ms. [redacted] to furnish labor and
materials to her home located at [redacted], Wichita, KS 67218.
[redacted] failed to pay for the materials furnished by my
client and as a result a notice of intent to lien was delivered to the property
owner. My client advises me that it has not filed a mechanic
's lien claim or
a
lawsuit naming Ms. [redacted] and has no intention of doing so. I am further
advised that my client does not intend to take any further action with respect to
Ms. [redacted] or her real estate.
A copy of this correspondence will be forwarded to Ms. [redacted] and it is
my intent that this matter is fully and finally resolved. Please provide me with
documentation regarding the resolution of Ms. [redacted]
