Roger Hinds

Review: We had Roger do some work for us regarding construction and plumbing. He didn't complete numerous items on the punchlist and had incorrectly installed a toilet. As per code, this toilet had to be vented and it wasn't. It caused flooding, which caused more damage. In addition, I called, texted, and emailed him many times. He told me on a few occasions he was coming but never showed up. I spent $1400 to repair the toilet issues and still have to spend more money on fixing the walls that had to be torn down to fix the toilet. Plus, I still need to get someone else in the complete the punchlist. He also spilled a purple solvent on the floor, ruining it. Also, as stated in his contract, he said he would come and remove the trash. He never did. I did withhold a fee for this but it was not all covered.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the toilet installation : $2500-cost of toilet (800) = 1700. Plus $300 for the garbage removal.
