I am sorry, I thought I lived in the United States of AmericaI questioned a bill that I was charged for four hours of labor when I sat here and know they did less then threeI did not demand anything, nor was I iratei simply asked a questionI have saved all emails and can provide thoseI also mentioned if I paid for an entire bundle of shingles and they only used a few, why was the rest of the bundle not left with me? I did pay for themThen after checking the work they did, I noticed they broke the roof boards, and pushed them inThey took a week to respondThey say because they needed to cool off?? A business that has been around for years needs a week to cool off due to a complaint? They finally show up 8/24/and screwed a few boards up in the atticI could not believe this was their idea of fixing the problemThey basically just put a band aide over the problemThen I go outside and check the roof, and because they pushed the board back up in the attic, they also pushed the nails back out, pushing the shingles upI contacted the company yet againAlso please note they say they are not sure the damage was caused by them, but the nails that came up and out where in the new shingles they installedNot the old ones, proving this was their handy workThey came back out on 8/25/They didn't tell us they were even hereThe just went on the roof, and we heard a few pounds of a hammer, and then they leftI checked the roof after the left, and saw no differenceI rented a ladder and checked the roof on 8/26/and the nails are still coming out of the shingles, and in one case, has penetrated the top shingle and is sticking out a half inchThey have been in business years?? They have already been here three timesAt this point they are doing more damage to my roof then goodI do not want them on my property againI will hire a really company to repair what they did, and I will send them the billI have attacked pictures of their workThey did get one thing rightI will not be one of their client base!!

Did the Revdex.com not look at the pictures I enclosed of this companies work? How can the case be closed? This is satisfactory work with the Revdex.com? I have to now hire another company to fix this so my roof does not leak

We sistered boards to the broken spaced sheathing in the atticThis is an accepted method to repair rafter's or in this case, spaced sheathingWe responded again when the customer said some nails had popped on the roofSome customer's cannot be appeased, and like to roar from the rooftop'sThis is the case with this gentlemanSince he no longer wishes to communicate with us directly, we have not had the chance to view his new (attacked) picturesWe wish him well with his pursuit of a (really) company to do his repairs in the future
