Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am requesting a phone call from one of the owners of the dealership, Roger or Kelly W [redacted] , to discuss the altercation with Yancy that occurred at 9:this morning, based upon the response I just received from the dealership We called the dealership after 10am and again after 11am this morning and have been told Kelly and Roger W [redacted] are not in the office, and we have left them messages I am not sure who is responding to this complaint, but I feel it is Yancy I would also like to have a meeting with the [redacted] Police and the owners of this dealership regarding the harassment I received as a customer, if they are in fact in contact with our police department.I did not stoop to Yancy's level, I never cursed at him or called him any names, foul or otherwise Other than my tone of voice, I kept attempting to keep the conversation professional and it was Yancy that began the tirades and the cursing I can't even imagine responding to a customer complaint in this manner I am not sure who was or was not in the office during our call, but I feel that the other salesman Johnny was the only other individual around and he did hear how Yancy was speaking to me It should not matter whether we are applying for a business or personal auto loan, no customer, approved or declined, should ever be called a [redacted] or an It If the dealership does not have the lending ability to offer business loans, then they should not have collected our income documents.I would appreciate an apology from the owners of the dealership as originally requested, in the form of a phone callRegards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The day I submitted my complaint I spoke to the [redacted] and [redacted] police departments regarding the language Yancey used and the personal documents they had of ours and the dealership agreed to mail my documents back to me. Later the same day, someone from the dealership drove from [redacted] to [redacted] to personally deliver my documents to the [redacted] police department. This says to me that they know what they did was wrong and were trying to resolve my issue. The responses from the dealership to me have been, in my opinion, very rude, and proof of how I was treated. It sounds like the owners condone this behavior. I think the Revdex.com should post their responses for all potential customers to see. It is clear to me the right thing to do, apologizing to a customer, is not going to happen. In fact it seems as though they want to act as a bully by saying "see you in court". Why would I fabricate this entire story and situation? What do I have to gain by lying about how I was treated? Abosuletly. nothing.

Absolutely none of this complaint statement is accurate. Mrs. [redacted] called our office and verbally abused both of our salesman repeatedly calling them literally every curse word there is. She also accused one of our salesman of being a thief for having their personal information which Mr [redacted]...

voluntarily supplied so that we could try to help him secure a loan. There were issues in the process because Mr [redacted] wanted the loan in his business name not his personal. This is an issue that most lenders wont handle. We worked for hours until we finally found one that would agree if he physically came in to their ([redacted]) office to secure rather than the electronic online process used at our dealership and every other one there is. Upon informing them of this information, Mrs [redacted] broke into multiple relentless tirades. All of the salesmens responses were heard by nultiple witnesses, including my female secretary and I can assure you her version of the account is far from accurate. We have been in business 33 years, average 330 sales per year and have NEVER had this type of complaint. If you read Mrs [redacted]s summary it is clear she has a blanket vendetta against the entire auto industry. We have been in contact with a superviser at the [redacted] Police Department to give our version of what happened. Everyone involved feels Mrs [redacted] is trying to create a false situation and capitalize on it.
