We have already been in contact with Mr*** in regards to this issue. Not only has the owner paid for repairs at a BMW repair facility but the warranty we give to all of our customers ''free of charge'' will cover this repair as w***. We have satisfied Mr*** and appreciate that he has
been a previous customer of ours and continues to do business

While we apologize for any inconvenience our customers may have at times, we have never had a title issue. Titles are issued to our customers when their Loan is completed and the dealership gets paid by the lender. While the details of his credit and collections to other companies cannot be explained here, the first bank declined the loan to Mr*** due to fraud on documentation. Out of the kindness of our heart we did not pursue the fraudulent charges the bank stated Mr*** made. Rather than continue legal charges against him, we gave Mr*** a second chance with another bank to complete his purchase. Before the 2nd bank could complete the loan Mr*** called and cancelled the loan. At that point, we agreed to refund his money and that was done. Our refund was issued and received and accepted by Mr***. Our vehicle was returned with a broken rim, cigarette burns in the doors and seats and an axle problem. It was not sold that way to Mr. ***. We have photo evidence of the condition the vehicle was sold In. We are the ones who are out money and time. We have a wrecked vehicle with interior damage and wear and tare on our car

While Roger Wilson Motors does regret that any of our customers have an issue with a vehicle they bought from us we do inform every customer that we only provide a limited power train warranty for months or milesThis warranty is purchased by us from a warranty company in the customers name
free of chargeAny customer that has an issue with a vehicle during this time may use this warranty at any repair facility they choose in the United StatesThe warranty provided is from a national reputable company and can be extended at the time of sale for a longer periodHowever if this warranty is used the shop and the owner of the vehicle are responsible to ensure the repairs they have done are covered after the warranty pays outWe never disagree that a used vehicle could have a problem at any time, that's why we run a carfax report, complete the state inspections at a reputable station and provide free of charge a warranty contracted by a company so there is protection after the saleAs stated before to this and every customer it is a pre owned vehicle and we always recommend to purchase extended warrantiesWe again regret any person is having an issuewe would be happy to assist in finding another vehicle at any timeWe are able to take trade ins and always have.

I want to know what fraudulent information they are claiming I provided? My loan was never finalized so they should not have let me leave the lot with the vehicle. I did not return the vehicle with any damageThe only thing wrong was I lost the cap to one of the tires, no body damageI
gave them $4,and they only refunded $2,There is a 10% restocking fee but I want the remaining amount of money

warranty expires. Also provided at no charge is a Carfax vehicle history report. The report from Carfax on this 2007 Toyota Camry showed a 1 owner no accident history with a $2700 above retail value over NADA for all the oil changes completed by Valvoline and 2 new car franchise service centers. No recall was issued to them even to this day and so we have no notifications of the recall. We do want to ensure Mr [redacted] is taken care of and that's why we offered to place him in another vehicle. We do apologize for his inconvenience and are willing to assist in trading back in his car and purchasing a different one.

With the second loan they wanted more money down and they allowed for a deferred down payment. WE never collected on that down payment because it was deferred and he later canceled the loan anyway. The vehicle has a chipped rim, cigarette burns, and the tires are already flat. He was approved by the second bank but he opted to cancel the loan and bring the car back. The car was wrecked when he brought the car back. He did not put $4000 down on the vehicle he put down $2500 down and we returned that back to him in check form. We have given him time to present that receipt for the other money he is claiming he paid on the car. He was refunded 100% of his money.
