I want to know what fraudulent information they are claiming I provided?? My loan was never finalized so they should not have let me leave the lot with the vehicle.? I did not return the vehicle with any damageThe only thing wrong was I lost the cap to one of the tires, no body damageI gave them $4,and they only refunded $2,There is a 10% restocking fee but I want the remaining amount of money
The bank could not give him a loan because he did not have a valid drivers licenseHe had to submit the information to the bank and the bank found out that something he submitted was fraudulentWith the second loan they wanted more money down and they allowed for a deferred down paymentWE never collected on that down payment because it was deferred and he later canceled the loan anywayThe vehicle has a chipped rim, cigarette burns, and the tires are already flatHe was approved by the second bank but he opted to cancel the loan and bring the car backThe car was wrecked when he brought the car backHe did not put $down on the vehicle he put down $down and we returned that back to him in check formWe have given him time to present that receipt for the other money he is claiming he paid on the carHe was refunded 100% of his money
We have already been in contact with Mr. [redacted] in regards to this issue. Not only has the owner paid for repairs at a BMW repair facility but the warranty we give to all of our customers ''free of charge'' will cover this repair as w***. We have satisfied Mr. [redacted] and appreciate that he has... been a previous customer of ours and continues to do business.
