I went through this company in order to sell my phone ( [redacted] *) It was supposed to be a simple send the phone in, they appraise the value, and then payout a quoted price ($289), or decide to decline to purchase the device. The process is supposed to take all of 4 days according to their site and emails I was sent. In the system link I was sent it said that my phone has never gone through inspection. My phone was delivered on the 27th of July. On the 5th of August I emailed customer service and asked for an update. They emailed me back the next day and said there was an issue with the phone. I asked for the phone to be sent back and they said they would. On 9th of August a phone was delivered but it wasn’t my phone. The serial number and model (it was an [redacted] *) were different. It also had several scratched and a dent. It included a not of reasons on why it wasn’t accepted. It was not my flawlesss [redacted] *. The next day on the 10th they sent me an email and said they apologize about

Nextworth gave me a decent quote for my used iphone 6's onlineAfter I sent them in they came back with a very low quote on all threeI felt mislead and I had them send my used phones back to meFrom what I can tell, one of the phones they sent back to me was not even mine as it had considerable damage which was not evident on the phones that I sent in to themHowever, since I did not write down the IMEI numbers so I cannot prove itFor the other phones that I'm certain were mine (due to unique screen cracks), I was able to sell them elsewhere at a much better deal

I sent in my *** * that I've had for less than months that I've had covered in a decal AND A HEAVY DUTY CASE along with a tempered glass the whole timeI never even dropped the phone! I was extremely careful the entire timeThe phone was flawless when I shipped it to them for a quoted price of $on Jun 21stAlmost one month later and they are barely inspecting the device to tell me it's scratched and cracked!!! I sent them pictures of the moment right before I shipped the phone in a specially wrapped box specifically made for cell phones and requested the pictures of the cracks on the phoneCome to find out half of the sim tray is gone and they try to say it was received that wayI told them well that's not how it was shipped and by the looks of the box that looked totally fine, there's no possible way the sim tray could have broken while in transitSo I told them clearly one of the employees clearly broke it because as clearly seen from my pictures the sim tray was completely in tact with no appearances of anyyyyyy damage when I sent itThey said there's nothing we can do because we only go off our evidence and information of what we have from our receiving inspectionSo I said it's a sim tray so what, why's it $The rep said it costs $to repair the sim tray and have to take it off the price of the phoneI called apple themselves and they said any apple store will replace the tray with original apple parts for $and they'll even laser etch the imei # !!!!! What a total load of crap! So they refused to pay me the full amount of the quote and they refused to compensate me for damages they created to my now broken phone when returning it!!!

I was nervous about sending my phone to Nextworth & not getting the quoted estimate or any of money promised to meI WAS WRONG! I received an email stating the quoted estimated amount was correct & within business days, I received the promised amount via a check that I requestedThe process was easy & great! I highly recommend that you use Nextworth
