Dear [redacted] s,Thank you for sending what you had a supporting documentation for the scheduled oil, filter changes.I can tell you that Ford Motor Company will not accept the documentation that you sent without the supporting receipts.What I mean by that is the dated receipt showing the amount of oil you bought and the type of oil filter purchased.Your handwritten schedule has you changing your oil at and then changing at 60232.For this alone Ford would reject your documentation.I have repeatedly tried to help you with this complaint and I can not do anything more until you provide to me all the dated receipts that support the documented oil changes that you performed.Scored Bearings that were found caused the hold up in validated your warranty Unless I have the documentation from you backing up your log I can't help you with your claim

I am rejecting this response because: My mistakeI wrote the oil change and new tires in the wrong box instead of keeping with left to right. If you read it closer, you would have seen the mileage still complies with the recommended oil/filter change intervals based on the vehicle's style of driving. I need you to prove that the scored bearings were not a result of a failed oil pump or some other mechanical issueHas this diagnostic been performed?

In response to *** ***'s complaint. Murphy Ford would first like to extend an apology for the difficulties Ms*** has experienced. Murphy Ford would like the opportunity to correct the issues that Ms*** put forth in her complaint. Tony J***
is our GSM and if she will reach out to Tony he will take care of setting the appointment to take care of the rotors, do an alignment and see that she is reimbursed for the wiper blades if she will be so kind as to bring in the receipt from where she had the blades replaced. From my understanding the title issues have been taken care of. If there continues to be title issues please bring these to Tony's attention as well. MrM***, the sales person who sold Ms*** the vehicle, has been on vacation. I have asked MrM*** to reach out to Ms*** as well.Once more Murphy Ford extends our sincerest apology to Ms***. Regardless of any statement made after the fact by Associated Property Management I have their representative, Stephanie P***, accepting responsibility for the damage in writing (email)I also have Stephanie P***, APM's property manager, offering in writing to repair my AC unit in good faith; A repair which they were unable to perform as the AC unit was beyond repairThe AC unit was fully covered by American Home Shield and would have been replaced under warranty but they do not cover negligenceMy AC contractor works directly with American Home Shield and would have been paid the same amount if it had been replaced under warranty or paid for by me so to suggest they are at fault is absolutely ludicrous given Associated Property Management's previous admission of fault

Thank you for providing us with this informationAPM acknowledges that the original repairs done were not up to our standards and they have since been redone by another vendor and the homeowner is satisfied

As stated previously, we are not arguing the fact that we need to remedy the situationWe are taking responsibility for the towing and are working with the towing company on itI do not know what more I can say to please this homeowner

*** *** bought his Ford *** from *** Auto Group as a Certified Ford Vehicle in September of *** *** did not bring his vehicle into Murphy Ford until October of when the vehicle was in an accident and Murphy Ford's Body Shop did the repairs, wash and
detail *** *** did not return to Murphy Ford until September of for a maintenance inspection and was again serviced in September of Murphy Ford has no records of *** ***'s vehicle having routine oil changes or registration renewal being preformed at Murphy Ford.On December 22, *** *** returned to Murphy Ford with his vehicle stating that the check engine light was on and the engine was making a ticking noise The diagnostic was preformed and found that," a new engine was needed as well as rear catallytc conv - was damaged when the engine went."It was found that there were no records provided by *** *** to show that timely oil change maintenance was preformed and without this documentation Ford will not qualify the work for reimbursement.*** *** paid for the work on his vehicle.*** *** returned to Murphy Ford in February of and wanted to be reimbursed for the engine stating that he found his paperwork stating that the vehicle was Ford Certified and it should have been covered Murphy Ford tried to help *** *** but Ford turned *** *** down stating that too much time had passed since the work was done and we did not have the necessary documentation showing that timely oil maintenance changes were performed.Murphy Ford could not do any more for *** *** without the necessary documentations of timely oil change maintenance

*** *** I have read your complaint and spoke to both MrH***, the Service Manager, and the technician that worked on your transit. It seems that the repair to the door initially worked fine - but over time ( as you stated) has not held. I left you a message, as we do
have an independent body shop, asking you to bring the vehicle in so that we can put a new piece on to insure that you won't have any further issues with the door.Please either contact me directly at Murphy Ford or contact the Body Shop and ask to speak to Paul P*** or Terri K***.We would like to have the opportunity to take care of this problem for you.Thank you Nancy M***
