install their solar system, complete their interconnection paperwork, and other necessary paperwork in a professional and timely manor Solar one LLC carries a five year installation warranty, and if contacted will gladly schedule a service appointment at any time, free of charge to our customers Our inverters Carry a year warranty from the manufacturer, and serviced by Solar One, or any trained personnel. If there was an issue with the installed inverter, this would have definitely been covered under warranty. If replacement is needed it would have been covered free of charge to MrEaston. Solar one LLC will be happy to work with you on any issues you may have, we would also be happy to work with you on any extra expenses incurred Please understand, our customers are priority number one Please contact us at your convenience to resolve this matter promptly Regards,Solar One llc

I received an email response from Mr*** today (March 24th) which is the last day to which I am able to reply to his response to my complaint. As a result, we email one another several times trying to reach an agreement for my reimbursementIn those efforts, I outlined what I thought were fair terms for my reimbursement and made them known to Mr***He, in return, made a counteroffer which I was reluctant to accept because of my “mistrust” that he would actually keep his promise to reimburse my losses over a long period of timeDespite this mistrust, my wife and I decided to agree to his repayment terms of $1000p/m as long he would be faithful to his word and reimburse me each month without fail to which he seemed agreeable. I sent Mr*** a reply email of our decision to that effect and waited for a reply. As there was a rather lengthy period of time between my email and a reply from Mr***, I decided to contact him by phone to ensure he understood we were accepting his terms and that I was trying to be as fair as possibleHe eventually replied that the reason for the reason for his delayed response was that a close friend of his had been in a terrible accident and he was in intensive care with him and did not want to be distracted with this situationI understood. However, he did send me another short reply indicating that he would accept my willingness to agree to his payment of $P/M beginning April 1st and continuing each month until the entire amount was reimbursed to me. With his promise, I conclude this Revdex.com complaint closed
