After receiving this complaint, I reached out to the consumer and she basically told us that she went to another dealership and they did not want to deal with her trade in and negative equity.? So they advised her to write a letter against us saying negative things.? At the time when the consumer brought the car in we found that she had a problem with the wheel bearing and I told her I will fix or trade.? She decided to trade her vehicle in for a Focus and she is satisfied with the resolution.?
