I am rejecting this response because: This response does not address any issue I have brought to the forefront. They did a poor job and their customer service is abysmal. As usual, they have feeble excuses. My objective in posting this claim was to spare anyone else the frustration, disappointment, and inconvenience that I have experienced with this company. The email they use as "proof" is basically at the end of my ordeal with them, when I have basically had enough. If you read my email, I re-itterate that I had spoken to the foreman and that I made several individuals in the company well aware of the availability for them to come to the house. Their email only proves my point. I believe that you will find the date of the exchange of these particular emails within 1-days of my Revdex.com complaint. Again, my only wish is that people are aware of what they are in store for when they go with Certa Pro of Centra CT. They certainly are not deserving of the A+ rating they are touting when gathering business.

I found Kriens Plumbing hard to get a hold ofIn terms of trying to make an appointment for a serviceAlso the plumber that came to my home was late without really communicating it to meHe was at least an hour and a half behind scheduleThey were also very expensive

I am away this week, responding by phone so plz excuse brief msg.  Will followup when I get back.
 
Delay in replacing damaged shingles due to; client wanted add'l shingles replaced; we were trying to reach her to get list or arrange meet with carpenter, so we could do...

all at once.  Could not reach customer for a while.  Rec'd email saying no longer wanted add'l work done so we sent crew out to fix the damaged shingles.

received one message from [redacted] at the end of last week and returned that call
yesterday, which was my earliest convenience on a business day during business
hours.  [redacted] answered the phone and we talked.  I also made it abundantly
clear to [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], which [redacted] re-affirmed with me
yesterday that they were most welcome to come any day that they could after 2pm,
and on Saturdays if it was convenient for all of us.  These lies and excuses are
just unacceptable and I have been dealing with them from you from the get go. 
All other work, besides the carpentry that was ruined and that [redacted] agreed would
be fixed by the crew is completed to my satisfaction.  I have, in fact, changed
my mind regarding the other shingles.  I no longer want Certa Pro to do any
extra work on my house.  I want you to fix what you have ruined and be on your
way.  A job that was to take a little over a week has turned into a major
inconvenience at my expense.  We are on over a month now.  I appreciate the fact
that [redacted] came out and wanted to make good on the poor painting job that was
done on my home.  I appreciate [redacted] and [redacted] for coming quickly the next
day to try and resolve it.  I do not, however; appreciate you insulting my
intelligence with all the excuses and back pedaling.  [redacted] has my number
and he can make arrangements with me.  As I mentioned, we spoke yesterday.  I
really have no desire to have any further communication with you.  You have a
lack of customer service and professionalism that astounds
me.

with [redacted] and [redacted] this morning. They said they have
been trying to reach you to get the sign off for the additional shingles you
wanted for two weeks. They have left
several messages with no return call.
Aside from the
carpentry in the breezeway and any any additional shingles you would like
changed, I was told that all other work has been completed and approved by you.
They wanted to do all
of the shingles at once, therefore we are waiting for your approval for the
additional 19 that are marked. I am attaching a
change order so we can get this project completed. Please print this and
email/fax it back to me as soon as you can. Thank you -

Review: roger did my bathroom and I paid him the first installment of my kitchen renovation before xmas2013. It is Aug.2014 and my kitchen is not completedhe does not show up and when he does he is here for 2 hours He has worked a total of 3 full dayshe does not return phone calls, and then proceeds to tell me his phone wasnot charged.he constantly holds me up for money. I have already paid him 2/3 of the total cost. This was based on him leveling my floor which he made a big thing out of and laying a tile floor also neither of which will take place. As of today I have a huge hole in my wall.I also have exposed electrical outlets not adhered to the wallhe had taken down a wall and done it wrong by 2" I am on a time deadline and need it done this month as my building is refacing the exterior and all the terraces have to be cleared off and sealed. My terrace has my kitchen things on it . I live in a studio size apt and cannot deal with this anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like you to get him here to finish and do some full days workand I want him to do it correctlyI would like you to mediate the total cost of the renovation since he will not be doing my floors either leveling or tilesI hope you give him an F rating
