The claimant was separated from her father's accountI have enclosed a copy showing this was doneWhen she was on her father's account, it was flagged not to send any statements to anyone but her do to the confidentiality issue she expressed when she came inAt no time did anyone else receive a statement with the claimant's informationThe statement she received was personally printed and sent to her so that it would not go to anyone elseI personally separated the accounts immediately to ensure there would be no further issues in the future.I understand the claimants concern and that is why I made sure at no time did any of her information get to anyone else on the account.I am willing at this time to refund the claimant Vof the amount her mother paid for her ServicesHer mother paid $The refund would be in the amount of $111.90.Sincerely,James Rogers, DDS
