I purchased my fiance an engagement ring from here, and specifically asked about bands for it, and was assured that it was not going to be an issue to attach them laterWe went to have them soldered together and when we go the rings back, they didn't even line up, there was a gap in between of them, and what we were told would be done to modify the rings to sit flush wasn't doneThe managers response was to make every excuse she could think of and not actually try to solve the issueNot once were we issued an apology, and I was told to "lower my voice so I can talk to you about this" when I told her that I was upset with this and wanted to return everything and get my money backShe didn't even seem to care that we were upset with them

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

In regards to your request for a refund. We received the initial payment of $3,on July 27th. Per our standard supply agreement 10% of this deposit is non-refundable. On July 27th Thermasteel created invoice *** for $showing a job processing fee, which
is non-refundable. If the job was cancelled prior to going to production the additional funds you paid would have been refunded. The drawings were approved and the job was moved to production. On August 14th we invoiced the project in full. Showing a subtotal of $3,minus the job processing fee which was already invoiced for on July 27th and the remaining prepayment of $3,089.70. Balance remaining is $Please call if you have more question we have been down for the holidays are just now getting back up and running***

Review: I authorized a 1 time payment in Feb to pay off the Rogers and Hollands credit card. On August 20th another payment went through for the same amount. I called and reported to them that there had been some type of error. They were very rude to me and said that I had set up this regular payment. I told them no I had only set up a one time payment. They refused to return any of the money. This has resulted in bounced check fees, unable to pay child care cost or part of my rent. My bank has isued the overdraft fees back to me but my account is till over drawn over $200.00. Rogers and Holland's refused to work on this issue with me and simply told me there was nothing they could do about it. I did not give them permision to take out the money in August 2013.Desired Settlement: I need the money put back into my account so that I am able to send my child to daycare and pay my rent.

Review: Went in and had fiance sized for wedding band. Ordered on a different date when he was not along as seeing it was a surprise. Received it and it was much too tight, wouldn't even fit past the knuckle. Had to return it to be exchanged for the correct size which cost $50. They were going to order one size larger without even re-sizing his finger. He asked them to double check it and they explained he must have originally been sized with a woman's ring sizer. Waited 4/5 weeks for replacement. Got the second ring back and fit exactly as tight as the first... Waited another 4/5 weeks. Got a 3rd ring back (it has now been 11 weeks since our wedding) and it is still not sized correctly, turning his finger dark red and eventually purple if he tries to wear it.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a ring for my husband that fits. We do not live in the city where the store is located so we have to make special trips every time we have to turn it in, pick it up, and re-return it.

I have spoken to the guest and we are trying to rush the process for

the most recent order. I am authorizing a $100 Gift certificate be sent

to the guest as an apology for the numerous errors in ordering the

correct size for the ring.
