Our home was damaged during hurricane Dorian when a tree fell on our roof. We hired Rogers Home improvements to repair our home. They replaced the shingles on the roof and did various other repairs. When our roof was being repaired, they did not cover the unfinished roof with a tarp, and it rained heavily that night, causing water to come into our dining room and causing a crack that runs the length of the dining room ceiling. This was the first time the ceiling had ever leaked, even after the storm. That has not been repaired. He received $8346.61 for that, and sent a request for 850 more, which was offered him. And now he wants over 2,000 more. Meanwhile, our ceiling repairs are still not done. He is trying to rip us off with just an oral agreement, and is trying to rip off my insurance company as well

Repair I would like for him to fix my ceiling, which happened as a result of shoddy workmanship. Whether or not my insurance company gives him anymore money is up to them. Afterwards I would like no more contact with this shoddy company
