The team at Smarthomes Remodeling went out of their way to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction and on time!!! After completing my job requests on *** *** the manager, Franklin ***, called to set up an appointment to inspect my home and provide a quote for a new roof I had two additional quotes but settled on Smarthomes because of their attention to detailWe walked around the neighborhood to ensure the roof color not only matched my home, but the architectural designs of my communityTheir crew started the job two days later and I had a new roof by day the end of day three! They completed my roof in one day, even though they estimated it might take days!!! The on site supervisor, Rene, always kept me well informed of what they were doing and answered ALL my questionsHe is terrific!!! Smarthomes did a very good job at my house in Katy, TXI was very worry at the begining because I wanted an extra extension on my roof but my job was not perrmanent at that timeI tought I would not be able to make payments, then the company provided me differents payment optionsI liked their ideas and we got itIn addition smarthomes has a very good customer service, we had good communication all the time, they are an easygoing company to work withI *** *** recommend them
