Rogers Insurance keep renewing insurances and sending bills after written notices to cancel. I was using Rogers Insurance for my Business. I sent email to cancel my insurances immediately in July 2013. They took two months to cancel it and charged me for that period. After Few months again they renew my Worker's comp insurance automatically and send me bill that I cancelled in July 2013.I called them and they said that it is normal practice to renew automatically because I didn't fill out a form to cancel it. They didn't tell me when I sent email in July 2013.They have policy to collect money from you. Never use Rogers Insurance for any means..Desired SettlementStop sending me any mail or email or bills because I don't owe you anything. I asked to cancel every insurance I had with Rogers Insurance long time ago. Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] ManagerContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]@rogersinc.netThis was unfortunately the result of miscommunication between the insured and his wife (insured wanted to continue coverage with higher deductibles/ lower premium - his wife wanted to cancel altogether - we proceeded with insured's request and increased deductibles/ decreased coverage)/ but his wife thought that we had gone ahead and cancelled all coverage. She called in very upset this March when she received the renewal billing(s), and followed up with an e-mail advising coverage should have been cancelled. After discussion between the producer and insured, producer sent request to a customer service team member to forward [redacted] (cancellation request forms) to insured/ insured's wife to cancel all coverage. Shortly thereafter, another service team member then received a very abrasive phone call from insured's wife indicating she requested coverage be cancelled last year, this should have been done, she was not advised at that time that any forms were required (as we were not informed that she wanted coverage cancelled), and she will not sign any forms - service team member handled it very well and was able to eventually convince [redacted] that we have no problem cancelling her coverage - we simply need a signed [redacted] in order to do so. We have since received the [redacted] and the renewal coverage has been cancelled.
