This is our first time dealing with this family owned (father & sons) dealership in Oakville and we can't say enough good things about how they handle customers; first class all the way !!there is no rush, no hassle, no pushing to buy
We met all the brothers as well as their Dad and right away you could tell they were caring, down to earth, honest as well as having an excellent sense of humour
Ray handled our *** purchase from A to Z with the help of his brother Roger on our pick up daythey have to be the most thorough people ever"let's all check the car & I'll make notes on what needs to be done" Ray saysno problems fixing things that don't work, no questions askedthey don't sell cars, they sell service & integrity; what a comfortable feeling, like home

We were so impressed with the reviews and mission statement of Rogers Motors that we actually bought our Honda CR-V sight-unseen over the phone Ray was extremely helpful and thorough as we completed that process When we picked up our car it looked like new Matthew gave us a brief lesson in the car's controls and we were on the road in under half an hour An amazing car-buying experience

We bought a *** *** and it has been a good car There were a few minor issues prior to purchasing and all were resolved as promised They even put on two new tires as they were not satisfied and I hadn't noticed the needThey just didn't want to take a chance I believe they really care I know I will go back again

From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were treated like family Mathew is an incredible guy - honest, upfront, relaxed, no pressure sales, and has a wonderful sense of humor! Mat even went to the extent to help us deal with a situation we were having with our rental car! Wow! Talk about feeling like more than just another customer! We immediately felt like family and the feeling within the dealership and shop is the same This truly was a great experience and we would not hesitate to refer Rogers Motors to our family and friends or anyone else for that matter!
Upon delivery of the car we purchased we were pleased to see that it was totally detailed (inside and out), new brakes all around and undercoating done Mathew even went to the extent to get an additional key cut and programmed for us
