I am rejecting this response because:
The 'pre-existing' issue was a defective part installed at Prospect Automart and still under warranty When returning to have the warrantied part replaced, Neil stated that the part was replaced and sent us on our way 'ready to go.' The part was never replaced There is no miscommunication here Prospect Automart stated they completed the warrantied replacement and did not, resulting in further damage to the vehicle We have the invoice and payment receipts for the original repair, diagnosed and completed by Prospect Automart, We also have the invoices, estimates, and payment receipts from the end result which was having to have Beachler's complete the towing and repair It is also unclear to me how Neil is able to claim issues with the vehicle and repair when it was his shop that was responsible for all of the vehicle maintenance for the previous owner She also has all available service documents and invoices for the vehicle If Neil did not want to honor the warranty for the defective coolant reservoir, that should have been stated The vehicle would've been repaired elsewhere, end of story Instead he chose to state he was honoring the warranty and replacing the coolant reservoir, and then in fact, do nothing other than run a hose off of the open valve where the part was defective Saying many vehicles have this same configuration is a blanket statement This particular vehicle takes no vent hose off of the coolant reservoir That is an issue with his service department making a mistake After realizing the mistake, if in fact that is what he is now claiming, Prospect Automart should be held liable to correct it

First of all they came in with a prexisting problem with the carAll I did was install a vent hose on the over flow tank(many cares have them) There was no crack I the tanki found out later when I gave her the replacement tank there was a plug missing on her original tank where we put the hose
onI had no way of knowing thatAt any rate this did not cause her problemOn a side note I don't think its right and maybe not legal to video people without their consent and then post it on the internetAlthough I have no problem with what I said to herI was professionalI have plenty of satisfied customers and good reviewsShe is just trying to make someone else pay for a problem she had the day after she bought the carMaybe she should talk to the person she bought the car fromAll I did was try to help them out and this is what I get for itThanks alot
