Thank you for your request.. I have...

reviewed the Revdex.com complaint and determined the following.  You ha a lease that expired in July 2016.  You abandoned the property and violated your lease agreement by leaving early in April 2016.You had charges due to the move out not being done properly and you have unpaid rent for 3 months.  Your total charges owned to the company at the time of move out are approximately $2,700.00, so no deposit would have been given back to you.

In the matter of [redacted] stating Mt Helix has not attended to any of her maintenance issues:
0pt">Tenant moved in on 5/1/2015. Walk through paperwork was submitted on 5/11/15. Our maintenance staff began repairs on the unit and Gold Seal Pest Control was sent out to assess for possible terminates. No evidence of termites was found. All work was completed on the unit in September 2015, due to the need to order windows and a few other parts necessary to complete the work on the unit. Before work could be completed on the window, Ms. [redacted] called our office stating that the window had shattered and a piece of glass had cut her child's hand. Our office immediately dispatched a technician to board the window and make sure that we had the correct measurements to replace the window as it was a special order due to the size. In October 2015, a complaint was called into our office for a leak in the basement. Our office again sent a technician to clear the drains and work order was completed on 10/26/15. At that time, Ms. [redacted] was under eviction for nonpayment of rent. Ms. [redacted] called the office upset that she was in eviction and stated that she was going to call Revdex.com and get all of her money back. She then came in and paid her balance allowing her to stay in the unit. At this current time, 1/21/16, Ms. [redacted] is again up for eviction due to nonpayment having 11/20/15 being the last time any payments have been received from her.

My husband previously did work for this company, at the time that's when they stated they had a house for rent that we would like he signed the lease we moved in, since then we had continuously leaks in the bedroom our daughters couldn't stay in due to the mold issue, my infant was in and out of the hospital due to breathing issues, contacted mt helix on numerous occasions came out tried patching it, and never gotten fixed, so Doris and Joanie adv me I could make a 60 day notice to vacate and end my lease early due to all of these issues, keep in mind they still owe us 15000 of back pay from two rental properties that we currently have liens on due to non payment, I spoke with a gentleman today and was very rude adv me I owed about 3000 in clean out fees and what not I stated I would come and get a break down due to me not receiving one within 45 days which is stated on their website.. Continuously hung up on me and stated if I come there I will be thrown out, how can you try to just that your going to put this on someone's credit and not supply them with paperwork, and you weren't even there at these times so how can you be so rude to someone that worked with them for 2 years and now every time I call you hang up on me, I'm pretty sure this place went bankrupt thats why they have no other worker's there, save your time never rent from this place!!!

In the matter of [redacted] stating Mt Helix has not attended to any of his maintenance issues:

Tenant called the office ad stated that there was a gap in the window and furnace was not hooked up. Our office dispatched a licensed electrician (Rick [redacted]) to the property and furnace was completed on 11/19/14. Window was repaired by our office technicians. In December 2014, tenant called stating that there was a leak in his basement. Once again a technician was dispatched and the leak was repaired. All work orders placed by the tenant were completed and a new refrigerator was supplied to Mr. [redacted] at no cost to him. Mr. [redacted] had never spoken to the Property Manager in regards to these complaints and would still be in the unit if not for an act of nature (Tree falling on unit during storm) causing us to relocate him and his wife to another of our properties. Since transferring to the new unit, only 1 work order has been placed with our office and has since been completed. Mr. [redacted] states he loves his new unit and he and his wife are very happy.

In reference to [redacted] complaint. On behalf of Mt. Helix we have spoken to Mr. [redacted], apology and assured Mr. [redacted] that this is not the way Mt. Helix Property Management do business or treat their future Residents. We explained that the Leasing Specialist...

had no knowledge at the time that the home Mr. [redacted] was interested was not one of Mt. Helix Property.  There was an office error on the properties listing page. Sometimes things can get a little mixed up when the leasing Specialist is in a rush. The Leasing Manger [redacted] spoke with [redacted] on this particular situation and offer more cross training in the leasing department concerning proper procedure and how to become an outstanding Leasing Specialist. As you know no one is perfect and we all have made mistakes.  We did accommodate Mr. [redacted] by refunding his holding fee and letting him know that if get every need a home for rent we will make him a priority.

In the matter of [redacted] stating. Mt Helix has not attended to any of her maintenance Issues:
 Please see attached photos in regards to the ceiling caving in the bathroom. The ceiling is not caving, Ms. [redacted] is seeing the caulk work for the previous repairs done to the ceiling on 8/18/2015. Our office has sent a technician out to treat/clean the mold under the cabinets in the kitchen.
Our office has repeatedly tried to contact Ms. [redacted] to schedule an appointment to make said repairs on the unit, hut have been unsuccessful in reaching her and she has not returned any calls to the office on this. matter.
