In reference to the customer's complaint, the customer had an appointment for Exhaust leak which she had replaced at another garage the week prior and was not happy with the work they had donePlus she had called back before her appointment and added additional workPlease see attached the copy of parts that were bought that she does not think we installedPlus we put the heat resistor back on her passenger seatShe called several times the week of the 4th and we were closed for the weekI did call her the week of the 11th to take care of the issue and I did not get a return call from herShe did state she had needed the car by three but the car was not dropped off until 10:am If you need any more information please contact me at [redacted] Thank you
