We received a bill from a collection agency for an invoice that we never received. The invoice noted was over six months old and we have received no notices until this from a collection agency. After spending at least 45 minutes trying to talk to someone at Burlington Radiology and either being disconnected or having to try to communicate with machines, we are going to pay the collection agency rather than have it reported on our credit rating. Ridiculous!
