Upon receiving this complaint today, I provided it to the supervisor of our call center so that he could research the matterUnfortunately, *** *** is not working today, so I was not able to ask him about his correspondence history with the customerI assure you that *** is a consummate
professional that would not purposefully ignore a customer or fail to respondWithout having *** to share his knowledge of the situation, we chose to contact the customer directlyWe do show that we've received the product back from the customer, so without further evidence or testimony, we believe we've simply made a mistake in handing this issueWe've credited the customer in full for his purchase, and returned his funds to his credit cardWe are sorry for the inconvenience
